On December 3rd, 2024, the third co-creation arena of the Dutch Use Case in MODI took place at the Maersk and APM Terminals office in Den Haag, Netherlands. This event brought together key stakeholders to explore the potential and challenges of integrating Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility (CCAM) in logistics. Through two interactive workshops, participants delved into the viability of various business models and ownership structures for CCAM, discussing practical implications and strategic considerations for the logistics sector.
The workshops focused on two main themes: the integration of CCAM into logistics practice and the evolving roles and business models associated with it. Discussions highlighted that CCAM’s impact goes far beyond autonomous vehicles. As CCAM becomes more integrated, we can expect significant changes in logistics operations, digital transformation, and the creation of new roles within the industry. Thanks to APM Terminals for hosting the event and facilitating this important conversation on the future of logistics and mobility.
