MODI annual meeting and General Assembly meeting

1st annual meeting
The whole consortium gathered for the 1st annual meeting on 24th April, which took place online. After an overview of the project status by the project coordinator, Dr. Ragnhild Wahl, each use case representative and work package leader provided a detailed progress report for the first six months of the project execution and a forecast of the main actions and milestones ahead. Vehicle providers and OEMs provided their perspective on the work accomplished so far and the feasibility of implementing CCAM solutions to improve logistic operations through MODI use cases.

  • Use Case leaders: Lindholmen Science Park, New Mobility Solutions Hamburg GmbH, SINTEF, TNO.

  • Work package leaders: Transportøkonomisk institutt (Norwegian Centre for Transport Research), SINTEF, AstaZero, ITS Norway, IN-MOVE by Railgrup, Volvo Trucks, TNO.

  • Vehicle providers and OEMs: DAF, EINRIDE, VOLVO.

Furthermore, the consortium had the pleasure of hosting the project officer from the granting Authority (CINEA), Mr. Georgios Sarros, who underlined the expectations from CINEA and the European Commission with regard to MODI’s contribution towards CCAM adoption in European logistic chains. Additionally, representatives from other related CCAM partnerships such as the ULTIMO project and the FAME project, participated in the meeting to introduce their respective initiatives and explore potential synergies.

 

General Assembly meeting
The 1st annual meeting was followed by the General Assembly on 25th April where issues of internal matter such as analysis on project progress, project risks status or potential adjustments in the Description of Action were discussed. To conclude the meeting, decisions were made accordingly by the General Assembly members.
